Shuqing Xu [web][gscholar][ORCID]

Shuqing finished his PhD at ETHZ in 2011. After leaving, he went on to become a junior group leader at the Max-Planck Institute for Chemical Ecology in Jena, Germany. He became a professor at the University of Münster, Germany, and is currently a professor at the University of Mainz, Germany.

Khalid E.M. Sedeek [gscholar]

Khalid finished his PhD at UZH in 2014. He then returned to Egypt and is now post-doc at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology, Saudi Arabia.

Roman T. Kellenberger [web] [gscholar] [ORCID]

Roman finished his PhD at UZH in 2018. He then went on to pursue a post-doc at the Dept. of Plant Sciences, University of Cambridge, UK.

Laura Piñeiro Fernández [gscholar] [ORCID]

Laura left academia in 2019 for a job in a Swiss medical consultancy.

Sri finished her PhD at UZH in 2021. She went on to work in industry.

Alessia Russo

Alessia finished her PhD at UZH in 2023. She continued to do a post-doc with us and at the University of Zurich.

Kelsey was post-doc at UZH 2014-2017. She left the lab for the butterfly genetics group at the Institute of Zoology, University of Cambridge, UK. Kelsey is now a group leader at the John Innes Centre, Norwich, UK.

Maximilian Frey [ORCID]

Maximilian was post-doc at UHOH 2017-2020. He left the lab for the Leibniz Institute of Plant Biochemistry, Halle, Germany.

Katharina Aschenbrenner

Katharina was a post-doc at UHOH 2019-2020 and left for a job at a hospital.
